We do consider them as a 'last sale' and generally are not eligible for exchanges or refunds, but we know sometimes it's hard to get your purchase right online. That being said, there are a few things we have done to help out.

Firstly, we can't swap out individual items in your Trust Us Pack buuuuut if you'd like to return your entire pack you can do so for a store credit for the price you paid - then you can get shopping our other gear.

If you think an item in your Trust Us Pack is faulty let us know! We stand by our product so if we find it does have a fault you may be eligible for a refund of the discounted value of the individual item.
